   We are glad to inform you that the pending notifications have been delivered and the incident resolved. We will run a problem investigation to understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Thanks for your understanding & sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

   We are glad to inform you that the fix has been implemented and the issue with form follow-ups has been mitigated. As of now, we are delivering unsent email notifications (Follow-Up messages) to their recipients. This process can take 3 to 4 hours. New form entry notifications are working as expected and are not impacted. Next update as soon as it's available.
