Model training has completed and anomaly detection is now working in all production environments.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
A solution has been identified in conjunction with our Cloud provider, and Anomaly Detection is now working for all customers in EMEA and for a majority of US customers. We expect training of all remaining models to complete early next week to fully restore service.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
Customer Impact: Anomaly detection is currently not identifying anomalies for some customers in production environments and as a result anomalies may be missing from current Zenoss Cloud Dashboards. Status: We believe this is due to changes in the underlying infrastructure of our Cloud provider and are actively working with their engineers for immediate resolution as a P1 issue
