   Support portal, live chat support and emergency telephone line are still unavailable due to the ongoing helpdesk provider outage. Customers may experience issues submitting or viewing tickets/chats, and overall response times may be delayed. Customers with urgent issues should revert to using the support email address ([email protected]).
