Services have been restored to normal status and have been stable for the past several hours. We are closing out this incident but will continue to keep an eye on things.
We believe services are returning to a working state. We're able to log into our instances and have customers confirming being able to log in. Auth0 has informed us that users who are logged in are not affected by this issue. We will continue to monitor this issue.
Auth0 engineers has identified the issue is coming from their database; however, they are still working on tracking down the root cause of the issue. We are looking into seeing what we can do to work around the issue.
